Knowing when to harvest your vegetables at the perfect time can be a challenge. Too soon and you won’t get the abundance your looking for, too late and you might not get the best taste. So how do you know? If you determine solely by recommended days to to harvest you may be disappointed, this can vary greatly due to temperatures, rain amounts and even by the soil your growing in. Size is a better way to determine but even this isn’t an exact science. The best way is to look at many variables, look at recommended days to harvest of your particular vegetable, recommended size and even the color of the vegetable as well as other factors.
